ContractingEasy provides this website and its subscription service. These terms apply whenever you browse the site, create a subscription or use information supplied through the service.
Please review the terms before continuing. Using ContractingEasy confirms that you accept them. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the website and service.
Extra conditions may be shown beside a particular feature or offer. Where they differ from this page, those feature-specific conditions apply to that feature.
Your use of ContractingEasy does not create an employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture arrangement between you and us.
We may act on lawful requests from courts, regulators or law-enforcement bodies. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
These terms, together with any feature-specific conditions, form the agreement between you and ContractingEasy about use of the service.
You may not pass your rights under this agreement to another person without our written approval. We may transfer our rights and responsibilities where the transfer does not reduce your protections.
A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right has been given up.
Service notices may be sent to your registered email address or published on this website.
The agreement is written in English. Electronic records and notices may be retained and relied upon as evidence where the law permits.
02Intellectual property
ContractingEasy or its licensors own the website design, text, data compilations, branding and other protected material made available through the site and subscription service.
You may save or print reasonable extracts for your own internal business use.
Without written permission, you must not republish, resell, distribute, scrape or commercially exploit our content or subscription output.
03Liability & limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that protection, ContractingEasy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, lost data, property damage or third-party claims connected with use of the site or service.
ContractingEasy may point to websites run by other organisations. A link is provided for convenience and does not imply approval, partnership or responsibility for that organisation or its content.
You choose whether to visit or use a third-party website. ContractingEasy is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, security, application process or any loss arising from your dealings with it.
We take reasonable care when gathering and presenting contract intelligence, but information can change quickly. You remain responsible for checking role details before relying on them or applying.
Links are checked when our digital service is prepared, but we cannot promise that an external page or destination remains correct afterwards.
We aim to list genuine, direct day-rate contract opportunities. We cannot guarantee that every listing meets those criteria or remains available when you view it.
ContractingEasy supplies market information; it is not a recruiter and does not manage applications. Applications take place through third-party systems, which may request registration, a CV or other applicant information.
Maintenance, faults or circumstances outside our control may interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for business costs or losses caused by downtime or delay.
04Service delivery
Subscriptions are sold to businesses for use by one registered subscriber. Account access and subscription material must not be shared with another person or email address.
We send the service to the email address supplied at sign-up unless we agree another address in writing. You are responsible for keeping that address accurate, active and able to receive our messages.
05Subscription fees, renewals & cancellations
The price shown when you subscribe applies to your chosen plan. Current standard pricing is £29.99 per month or £251 per year.
Promotions or alternative plans may have different prices and conditions, which are shown before purchase.
- An annual subscription renews each year until you cancel it.
- A monthly subscription renews each month until you cancel it.
At renewal, you authorise us to charge the current fee to your saved payment method. To prevent the next charge, cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel before your next renewal and keep access until the paid period ends. As this is a business subscription, payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or expressly agreed by us.
Cancellation takes effect when you cancel through the available payment or account controls, or when we confirm a written cancellation request.
06Acceptable use
You must use ContractingEasy lawfully and responsibly. Do not disrupt the service, overload its systems, interfere with another user, bypass access controls or collect information through methods we have not made available to you.
07Changes to these terms
We may update the website, service or these terms. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the wording last changed. Continuing to use the service after an update means the revised terms apply.
08Jurisdiction
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive authority to hear disputes relating to these terms or the ContractingEasy service.
09Applicable law
English and Welsh law applies to this agreement, including claims that are not based on a contract.
